and after testing the coolant temp sensor again it is now within spec after being brought up to 190+ a few times. Hopefully I can pinpoint this issue, since it only happens when it's at operating temp I think it may be a sensor, but the only things that aren't brand new are the tps, maf, injectors, cas, coil packs, ptu (replaced with new style) and coolant temp sensor. All of those have tested good so far and only have about 80k on them.
